Powder Bathroom: The Floor, Vanity, and Paint Reveal! If you have been here since I started this blog, then you know that we decided to remodel our powder bathroom in early September. I really started planning this space back in July 2021 but didn’t start searching for materials until Will gave me the go-ahead in September. Anyway, as our very first remodel, it’s been such a fun experience. Today we decided it was time to uncover our bathroom floors that we’ve had hidden since December, and see the space finally come together. Let me tell you, it was better than any of us expected!

I honestly apologize for not getting a better quality picture for you. I wasn’t planning on sharing today, but I thought that I owed this to you especially since you have been so involved with lots of the decisions!

I’m usually okay with messes and incomplete spaces, but even this floor was driving me bonkers! Today, after finally ordering the last of the items we needed (mirror) and looking at our future timeline, we decided that the potential to mess up the floors at this point was very slim. If we need to do anything major in here, we can always add towels.

Seeing it all come to life today was so… relaxing… satisfying… and just plain amazing. Lots of stress, work, money, and time has gone into this bathroom over the last few months and it’s finally starting to pay off seeing it come together.
