Since winter + sickness are beating my butt this week, I decided I wanted to share some simple table top decor.

I always try to think about mixing a variety of colors, shapes and textures. I bet many of these items you can find around your own home. Start with a board of some sort. It’s a great “container” and holds the fort down for all the other objects. Candlesticks provide great height. Bowls, platters, and boards all can work together to provide beautiful colors and shapes while linens and paper towels provide great texture. Add fresh greenery and food to the scene and you got one gorgeous, yet appetizing table top!
